Our In-House general outline is planned with the success of our residents in mind. This plan is neither inclusive nor exclusive, but rather a comprehensive plan, how we can help our residents, what some of their responsibilities include, the programs we will use and a general idea of the potential savings to the taxpayers. If you would like to partner with us please write us at WWRH ~ P.O. Box 116 ~ LaPorte, IN 46352 or E-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
WORTHY RECOVERY INC. dba WORTHY WOMEN RECOVERY HOME
OUR PRODUCT - Women who are or have been recently incarcerated or have recurring arrests because of substance abuse addictions.
Every resident will have a Christian Mentor to help them adjust to "Their Home". They will work, pay rent weekly and take care of their home. For the severely indigent, a minimum commitment to community services is a must. We build relationships with local businesses to provide assistance when needed. Giving the ladies a chance to get acclimated is vital to their recovery.
All residents will be required to participate in and adhere to all programs, rules and policies. Each one is required to provide a positive attitude in keeping their home sanitary, safe, and secure. We will work with Judges, Probation Officers, the Work Release Center and Community Transitional Programs (CTP’s):
- To have non-violent female offenders sentenced to us as part of their sentencing structure
- To have first-time offenders court-ordered to us as an alternative sentence
- To be a resource for the LaPorte County Jail and Indiana Department of Corrections (IDOC) upon the release of female inmates
